Maybe you can pull a Cork 7, but can you do a Royal 360? How about in your 70’s? This is Matt Broze, my hero. Fate has it he lives right up the street from me. Matt is one of the original Hot Doggers; he attempted the first 720 in an aerials contest in 72’- now that’s Going For It! He wrote the first book on Freestyle Skiing, including the coveted ‘Pocket Guide to Freestyle Skiing’. His dad won the Silver Skis race down Mt. Rainier in 1942. If there was anyone who inspires me to pull out the skinny skis, don a whimsical wind-shirt, take a swig from the Bota-bag and light-it-up under the chair line, it’s ski bums like Matt – you know who you are!
